By accessing this website or using RoboJock services, you agree to these terms. If you enter into a separate written agreement with MusicDirector, LLC, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these website terms.

Your materials
You retain ownership of station materials, audio, copy, marks, and other content you provide. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to process those materials to provide the requested service.
RoboJock materials
RoboJock, its website, software, branding, and related materials are owned by MusicDirector, LLC or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred except for the limited rights expressly provided in a written agreement.
Service availability
We work to keep our services reliable, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, third-party failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Specific service levels, pricing, and commercial commitments apply only when included in a written agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. MusicDirector, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
