How AudioVAULT handles content.

Broadcast Electronics describes AudioVAULT 11 as a suite of modules that scale from a single station to a multi-site group. AudioVAULT Anywhere provides control from any connected device and is positioned for remote voicetracking, playlist and program management, and remote talent. Earlier FleX installations used FleXWeb for remote voicetracks.

Content movement is a first-class concern. BE documents AVImport pulling content over sFTP, NFServer copy rules that can be prioritized and filtered by filename, category, and class, and CloudVAULT on Microsoft Azure for shared and redundant storage. AVScheduler checks a log for errors in real time before it is exported to the on-air workstation.

Where RoboJock fits.

RoboJock writes each break against the station's log, voices it with a voice trained on a real radio professional's voicetracks, and sends it for your team's review. Approved breaks are delivered as broadcast audio, named to your convention and placed where your engineers expect, so AudioVAULT's existing import and distribution rules can pick them up.

That means no new software on studio machines. The library, categories, and copy rules stay under your engineering team's control.

Review from anywhere.

Because AudioVAULT Anywhere already gives programmers remote access to the schedule, it is a natural place to audition delivered breaks in sequence before they air. For clusters sharing content through NFServer or CloudVAULT, station-specific breaks should carry names and categories that keep them from distributing to the wrong market.

PILOT CHECKLIST
  1. Confirm the library or category for delivered voicetracks.
  2. Agree on a file naming convention your AVImport or NFServer rules can match.
  3. Decide which stations share content and which must stay separate.
  4. Audition a delivered hour in AudioVAULT Anywhere before going live.
